I know that there's going to be a site change soon, so this may not even matter. Regardless of this I would just like to point out that when you click on "Manual" in the help section of Neo Scavenger it forwards you to a page on the website. Unfortunately, this means that if you made a manual it can't be read. Not by me at the very least.

I just tried the link from the game as well and it still doesn't show the manual.
@BarbTheDoll, which version of the game did you try, and on which platform/OS? I might've missed one (or more).
