Remove early game hypothermia - a simple suggestion

It's really not that fun when you spawn and for some reason cannot find any decent piece of clothing, and then the "car/sleeping bag event" is triggered for the millionth time; at which point, one is doomed to a life of "equip-drop-end turn-equip" while you are moving towards the glow.

So, my simple suggestion: what would you think of letting the player find a security guard's corpse with their shredded outfit still on - implying they were killed by a dogman - right at the facility (with 7% durability or something like that), so the player can at least have a few turns of respite instead of having to deal with the aforementioned sleeping bag thing.

I mean i have no problem with hypothermia in general, i really like the mechanics - but please, just let me get to the city or at least halfway before i need to think about it!

I think it would be easier to just allow the sleeping bag to affect your campsite while held in your hand so you don't need to keep dropping it each turn.

The problem you're facing is solved quite easily without change. If you have the trapping skill, just go over the the forest (the one near the cryo facility that's hard-coded in), and start a small fire (or make some torches, I find this useful since the patient gown does nothing anyways).
You might also want to try heading near the ATN right when you start (good looting area).

Not trying to be rude or anything, but this is a problem that can be easily avoided. Hope it helps!

You are confronted with a challenge, a challenge that can be overcome quite simply and with a already implemented mechanic for this exact reason, but you then ask for the game to be changed instead of devising tactics to avoid this challenge.

Now that's some advice! :D But seriously, the easiest way to counteract early game hypothermia is to just make some torches or a fire right when you start. I'm assuming that most people take the trapping skill when they start, and you can reverse craft torches and make fires (not small ones, but actual campfires). Torches are like a super item, they allow you to store 2- if crude, or 3 if quality -items in a five item stack. Sticks themselves take up a ridiculous amount of space, so this is also a better option for carrying them around.
