Next game from Daniel?

Is it me or the maker of neo scavenger is working on a space sim with complex crew that lives aboard your own ship you can build by complex tiles? This is what i seem to be hinted for when i read his posts on bluebottlegames.com. Am i confused or? If so that's epic and i wanna buy it as soon as it's available ahah

Well, he is yeah. :) Though it's still a prototype, so whether it will be his next game or he will eventually put it aside and dive back into NEO 2 is anyone's guess at the moment. But yes, I'm warming to the space sim idea too, which is surprising since true survival games are my one big nerdy obsession and I'm secretly still pining for NEO Scavenger 2. ;)

When will it be available, guys? Don't you know?
I am looking forward to the release. NEO Scavenger is so fascinating!
Linibot, what kind of survival games do you play?

Sorry for the late response, @RicaeurMone. December is the month from hell for me, and only now that it's over am I catching up with gaming stuff again.

We have no idea when the new game will be released, it's still early days. NEO Scavenger mobile is up first, and that one looks like it should be coming out first trimester of 2017, from what I've been reading. Don't quote me on that though, Dan never said anything specific.

As for survival games, I more or less hunt down any game with survival elements that comes out, provided it isn't of the "multiplayer zombie shooter" persuasion. They are much fewer than you'd think, once you take said multiplayer shooters out. I still play tons of Unreal World, many many years after I first found that game, and it's still the defining game of the genre for me. At the moment I also like Rimworld a lot, as well as the Long Dark.
