need help implementing idea
had a number of ideas/tweaks for my gameplay experience that i'd like to implement, & attempted to read some basic documentation as regards modding neo-scavenger, got completely confused very quickly, was wondering if this fine community could offer me some advice?
things i wanted to change:
1. general weather/cold temperatures (or the rate at which player is effected by cold)
2. starting skill/perk levels (at present, you can only choose 4 'traits' before you have to start offsetting them with negative stats, is it possible to max out all positive stats?)
3. loot-tables, chance of finding certain items?
i'm guessing it involves changing data in the .xml file of the 'sample mod' folder that's in the neoscav install directory? anyway, thanks for your time, have a nice day
