Hey guys, bit of a problem here, I can't run the latest stable build (v0.9937b) of NEOScavenger... The last build I successfully ran was v0.9935b (an unstable build). I still have v0.9935b and it runs and everything. Now, I do have one build (I'm not sure of the version, but it was the stable build available whilst v0.9935b was available) prior to v0.9935b, and that too refuses to run. So it would appear the only version of NEOScavenger I can play is v0.9935b.

Here's a couple screen shots of what happens with each version:

The stable build prior to v0.9935b:

I'm running on Mountain Lion 10.8.5 and have my Gatekeeper settings set to "Anywhere" (Under System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Allow applications downloaded from). I'm also fairly certain that the files aren't damaged. I'm thinking it's a certificate problem, a permissions problem, or a problem involving files placed by v0.9935b. Whatever it is, any help would be greatly appreciated, because I really don't want to be stuck with v0.9935b...

Thanks in advance,

Strangely, this seems to be the case for me, too. If I download and unzip the file from bluebottlegames.com, it won't run. But if I unzip the file before uploading it, that copy works fine.

I have my Gatekeeper set to allow files downloaded from "Anywhere", too. So either the upload/download is corrupting the file, or Gatekeeper isn't being cooperative.

I'm trying a few things now. Sorry about the delay!

If you wouldn't mind, could you try downloading it again? I've registered as an Apple Dev so I could sign the app, and I think it's working now. Let me know if you see the same.
