I plundered the wraith's domain *SPOLER*

I just managed to kill Merga Wraith, jumped into portal, stole all kinds of artifacts:

- Children's book
- Manuscript
- Letters from Ambrose Bierce
- Film spool in canister

Can I do something with these? Are the wraiths coming to get these back, have I done goof'd?
