Another steam question

Sorry I know a variation of this has been asked like a hundred time, but I'm unsure of the terminology as it's been a while since I bought the game.

I just purchased the game straight of this website (bluebottlegames.com) before the steam connection was made. I've seen pepole talking about Desura and connecting that to steam but no one who bought it from here. Do I need to setup a Desura account and will that recognise my purchase? and then do I connect steam to Desura?

Confused a little, any help would be great. I'd love to this connected to my steam account.

simply go to "Games" link above, click "Play Beta" and at the far right, next to the download links, there is a Steam icon. Click it and you will recieve a Steam key of your own :D

To add a bit more detail:
1. Obtain your Steam key from bluebottlegames.com as described previously:

simply go to "Games" link above, click "Play Beta" and at the far right, next to the download links, there is a Steam icon. Click it and you will recieve a Steam key of your own :D

2. Open your Steam client and go to the "Games" menu at the very top of the window.

3. Select "Activate a Product on Steam..." This will open a popup.

4. In the popup, click "Next," then "Agree."

5. Enter the Steam key from the Blue Bottle Games site into the "Product Code" field in the popup, and click "Next."

6. Follow the remaining instructions in the popup, and eventually Steam will begin downloading the game to your library.

7. Have fun!

what if i bought neo through the humble bundle can i still use steam?

@Syn drom, I think so. I'm not an expert, so someone can correct me if I'm wrong. But if you bought the Humble Bundle, that should've come with Steam keys as well as the DRM-free version on their site.

If you did not receive your Steam keys, you should check with them to see why.
