Why not have ducktape added to the game, cause I hear it can be use bandage and it doesnt mater if its clean or not, at least not if wipped on feeseas before tending to wounds.

Yeah, in an emergency tape will work. But rags are much more plentiful.
You can just rip up a shirt and *BOOM* out of nowhere you have bandage.
and then temparture drops to zero and you die
Shirts are plentiful apparently. You can put several layers of those on and still have a few left for your bandaging needs after a bit of playing.
