Stacking Conundrum

I thought I was almost ready for a build today, but ran into a last-minute bug with consuming stacked items. It turns out to be a tricky problem, and has to do with the way the game keeps track of stacked items when the top-most one is consumed. I'll need to spend some more time on it tomorrow, as it's left me blocked this evening.

Fortunately, I did manage to work on a couple other fixes before getting bogged down. One such fix was to make NPC equipment start out slightly degraded, so they no longer start with gear in perfect condition. The other fix was to prevent skills and traits from being lost/deleted in games loaded from a save. This last issue had to do with the traits losing their "locked" status when the game was loaded.

Minor progress, admittedly. Hopefully, tomorrow brings more success!
