Project Planning

Hey Folks! Not much to show today, as I tried to map out what gets done when, and by whom, for the foreseeable future.

It was a useful exercise, as it forced me to identify dependencies and bottlenecks. It also showed me which parts of the project have room to be flexible for scheduling. In it, I assume an early access launch sometime in November 2019.

Unsurprisingly, reaching that November milestone looks like it's going to be tight. Not a lot of wiggle room in there, and some serious productivity required. What surprised me, though, is that the rest of the work I have planned (up until 1.0 launches) could be done within about a year hence. I sort of expected EA to start sooner, but end later than my projections. Which, maybe it will all even out when it starts late and ends early, putting us right back on the original end date :)

Anyway, a useful exercise. But exhausting! I'm looking forward to getting back into some code tomorrow.
