[Mod Request] Repair Mod

So I've been playing Neo for awhile now and just bothered to make a account to ask this but, can someone make a mod that adds one thing that gives you the ability to repair your items? It doesn't even have to have to be to 100%. I know the are some mods like Extended NeoScav that adds repairing but is a huge mod itself which I don't want, I would love it if someone to just add a toolkit, duct tape or something just for me to be able to repair items, thank you.
