Extended Detroid

I always wanted to explore Detroid Mega City and see all the what all the buildings do like the reactor in the middle of the city , maybe you can like get a job there and work for cash , or you could join the police, and from the moment i entered Detroid i wanted to live there but you cant buy a apartment. A mod like this would be awesome and will make Detroid a lot more fun, because at the moment there isn't a lot to do in Detroid
