So i was away during the whole Desura stuff and didnt get to connect my game to get my steam key.

I have noticed recently that Desura is now back up, and the option is there to "Connect" however when i click it i get this response

"We sent your details to NEO Scavenger but received an invalid response, please try again shortly."

Now i understand this might be a problem with the site, but then i guess it might also be a problem on your end. Maybe you have removed your connect options after Desura disappeared?

Any idea how this could be fixed please?

I apologize for the delay in responding. I meant to get to this earlier, but forgot over the weekend.

Let me also apologize for the trouble you're having with Desura Connect. Had I known this is how things would turn out, I probably would've skipped Desura Connect (and probably Desura entirely). It's been a frustrating ride for players and devs alike over the past few years.

I looked into the old Connect feature to see if it was broken, but I think everything is in place and looks correct on this end. I ran a test from Desura using my own dev account, and I get the same result you did.

And what's more, my site logs show no connection attempt from Desura. That, and their system is supposed to redirect you to to a status page on my site after trying, to give you a more detailed message (i.e. success or error message).

Since none of that is happening, I suspect their system isn't fully restored yet. It's probably just popping-up a notification without doing anything.
