Corrupted save file

Hello, I believe my save file has been corrupted, is there any way to restore it?
I'm not using any mods and using version 1.15.

Hi Bakker,

I apologize for the lost progress!

Unfortunately, there is no way to restore a save file that has been corrupted. Usually what happens is the data is missing before you notice the effects, so all that is left is an empty husk of a save file.

If you noticed anything peculiar during the final moments of gameplay, it might help me to find what causes this. So far, though, I haven't been able to figure out why this happens.
