Sorry, it looks like I missed this post for a few weeks!
The DMC locations are in dmcplaces.xml as of v1.11. Each one details an image to use for the place's button, the encounter ID that gets launched if pressed, and the X and Y coords on the map.

How do I know what to place in [b]AA[b]'s id section? For MMoD is MoD, for BBC is BBC (Checked it on "over" files). So, how do I find it for another mod? Or how do I set one for my very own mod?

Anyone know what to change to disable defoilant exposure? I've dug through the conditions.xml but I'm new to modding and deleting the hundreds of lines of text associated with the condition just breaks the game... Just want to get rid of that one condition. Or even just make it so the nanorobotic kit cures it.
there should only be one or two lines you need to change
